Today's young generation has become so busy in this hectic life that they themselves do not know when they become victims of mental health. Mental health can affect people  in so many ways like how they think, feel and behave.
A Good mental health helps us to stay positive, work well and enjoy life. Sometimes we may feel low, depressed and worried fatigue and so on. But these feelings are normal, on the other hand if they last too long or affect our daily life, it’s important to talk to someone or get help before it’s too late.

Problems of  mental health- Mental health problem can affect us  in so many ways like mood swings, thinking and behavior. People of any age can affect to this problem.

Common Symptoms of poor mental health
- Always feeling sad or low
- Feeling worried 
-     Not  enough sleeping or eating well
- Losing interest in things we once enjoyed
- Withdrawal from friends and outdoor activities
- Use of alcohol or drugs
- Self –harming behavior or suicidal thoughts


Solutions for Poor Mental health- 
- Take enough sleep
- Eat healthy Food, Avoid junk foods
- Always share your thoughts to someone you trust/ Seek help if needed
- Exercise daily
- Do things that make you happy
- Day out with friends and Participate in other activities
- Limit alcohol or drugs
- Write down you small achievements in dairy.
- Watch motivation videos 
-     Take a break from work or social media which can help you to recharge your mind.

Spirituality is one of the best therapies for recovering from mental health issues. In our hectic daily schedules, we should take at least half an hour to an hour for spiritual practices such as yoga, meditation, chanting, or attending spiritual classes.
Spirituality helps heal depression, anxiety, and anger. It also helps you become a better person.
 

Conclusion-  Now a days Many people go through this problem,  always  remember having mental health problem is nothing to be ashamed of. We should come forward to fight with this problem. Most  issues can be managed or treated. A good mental health leads to handle stress, build strong relationships and live a meaningful life. Talking to people or need help can make a big difference.
